Being a young and energetic youth activist and a change agent, Nooranie Muthaliph (25) have been involved in the Development Sector for the last four years. Extremely passionate about training and development of peers and individuals, managing people (Human Resource Management), talent management, public speaking, excellent administrative and secretarial skills, excellent knowledge on information communication technology and information technology (ICT and IT) and its application to society at large and reporting and documenting skills, etc. are some of Nooranie’s skills and strengths in advocating for change.

He envisions “contributing towards the greater collision of making positive change in the world” through:

• Being a stakeholder of different initiatives of the development processes
• Building up networks across the globe
• Using modern HR for change and change management
• Contributing to the greater coalition of matters that concern nationally and internationally
• Mentoring and guiding the youth in transforming the world
